Thank You for a Wonderful Year!

With the holidays upon us, our thoughts turn to those people we love and cherish. We tend to reflect back on the past year and sort out our successes and failures. We’re very pleased to say that in this season of thanks you and your support of Tumblebees ranks at the top of list of successes. So thank you for all the joys of this past wonderful year.

Thanks from Some of Our Programs

The Rockwall is thankful for the strong support of our local Climbing community. Our staff has enjoyed seeing our customers grow and welcome new climbers on a daily basis. It’s always neat to see how a person can show up alone and leave with 10-20 new friends. Classes are full and we are glad we can help kids find their confidence and personality through a life-long sport. Our team also continues to grow and we look forward to a great year with coaches Matt and JJ.  We recently competed in Charlotte and took multiple 1st places.
Our Dance Studio is grateful to the dance families that have entrusted us to work with their children.  We’ve enjoyed watching the students grow in their dancing abilities and confidence.  Three of our students have mastered all five ballet positions!
Thanks also to all who participated in "Bring a Friend" month! The turn out was strong and we ended up with 23 of your friends coming to classes.  We’re looking forward to our upcoming holiday performance and beginning work on the recital.  In January, look for our new afternoon class for grades K-2.  Student’s participation will include 30 minutes of dance and 30 minutes of trampoline and tumbling.

At Tumblebees Learning Center Preschool, we’re thankful for full classes featuring lots of fun are the usual routine. Reports from the preschool indicate that students and teachers are keeping each other busy. Gymnastics, movement activities, and age-appropriate sports are all part of the daily activities.

More Thankfulness from the Training Center

Team training center is beyond thankful for so many things this year!  The Diving team has had an excellent year! With the team nearly doubling in size they have continued to see successes on both the state, regional and national levels. They have also sent a few more athletes to college this year on diving scholarships. They welcomed a new water baby to the group and have added new coaching staff, which will only aid in the program’s success.

The Acro team is flourishing in its first year! Under the tremendous leadership of its coaches they have gone from a recreational program to having a Pre-team and competitive level teams. We cannot wait to see them compete in their new gear!

We added in Fencing to the list of programs Tumblebees now offers and with Coach Wes at the helm, it is really starting to take off. We are so grateful for him and his knowledge of the sport and look forward to seeing his program grow even more.

The Trampoline and Tumbling team celebrated in another successful season on the state, regional and national team. They saw three of its team members named to National level teams. One of their coaches was named to a National elite committee position as well as awarded for his contribution to their sport. Another coach was named as the NC Coach of the Year for TnT. One of our Athletes (Bryce Truhlar) was selected to join TeamUSA at the (International) WAGS competition in Sophia, Bulgaria.  {WAGS is Worlds Age Group Competition}
The program continues to grow and continues to find success!

The Girls Gymnastics team continues to grow and strengthen! The Optionals program has doubled in size in the past year, and with the help of our excellent coaching staff the girls are improving by leaps and bounds from competition to competition. We are very much looking forward to the upcoming optionals and excel seasons and are so grateful for all of the success during the compulsory season.

To say the year has been a success is just not giving it enough credit! All teams are growing happy and healthy athletes! We are beyond grateful for our athletes and all that they put in day after day to be their very best. We are grateful for parents who volunteer countless amounts of hours to help our programs grow and run successfully! We are grateful for dedicated coaches who give more and more of themselves each day, to see that their athletes are getting what they need. The Tumblebees Team Training Center is more than a Gym, its a family and in 2017 we are grateful for that!

Season of Thanks Indeed

As we’ve highlighted some successes and some of this year’s gifts for us, we feel especially privileged to be able to say thank you to all members of our Tumblebees family, students and parents alike, for your continued support throughout the year. We’re looking forward to an even better 2018!
