Make the Most of Your Child’s Summer!

We all look forward to the end of the school year, if for no other reason than everyone needs a break from homework hassles. Yet, as a parent you don’t want your kids to spend three months with nothing to show for it. Actually, neither do the kids. Who wants to go back to school at the end of summer break and admit you did nothing for weeks on end? We think we have the answer: a summer camp that is fun, exciting, and challenging.

Gymnastics Summer Camps

This year we’re offering four different summer camps to meet the different needs of growing kids. Set up in week-long sessions, our camps run for either a half or full day, depending on the program and the child’s age. All half-day programs take place in the morning.

Our youngest campers, ages 2 to 5, will enjoy a half day of gymnastics along with games, arts and crafts, and center time in the Tumblebees Learning Center. They’ll also try out other sports and participate in a water play day.

School-age children can also spend a week focusing on gymnastics in either a half- or full-day camp. They’ll get a chance to use each Olympic apparatus as well as work through fitness circuits. We’ll have games and team-building exercises, arts and crafts, and a water day.

Extreme Challenge

Some children like to really challenge themselves with a full or half day of extreme sports. At the Extreme Challenge summer camp participants get to stretch their abilities with rock climbing, Parkour, Ninja Warrior obstacle courses, acrobatic gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline work, and diving. Whew! You’ll be amazed at your child’s growth and expanded capabilities after just a week at this camp.

Dance Camp
This year Tumblebees is also offering a half-day dance camp with one week-long session scheduled for each month of summer vacation. Children who will be entering kindergarten through the fifth grade will learn about ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and tap dancing.

Benefits
You want your child to get the most out of the long summer break. At any of our summer camps, he or she will gain the same benefits that year-round gymnastics activities offer: improved coordination, balance, agility, special awareness, endurance, and social skills. New friends are also part of the experience. Why not give it a try?
